Pino has worked for over 40 years in the Italian air transport sector, in Rome.
He was involved in the design and development of the PRM assistance provision set up in 2007 by the airport Managing Body for Rome for the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino. As operations manager he defined the organisation and procedures of the business, managed the integration of staff from different handling companies previously involved in this service, the unification and development of assistance and IT support systems.
From 2008 to 2013, he managed the PRM assistance in the two airports.
Pino is a qualified employment psychologist. He has been responsible for improvement projects and for the training of hundreds of employees. Over the years he has developed experience and expertise in different areas of airport activities, both in handling and in airport management: ramp services, passenger handling, airport coordination, customer relations and management of infrastructure. He was duty station manager in Fiumicino in the airport managing body, for 6 years.
Currently he is a trainer in the field of assistance to PRM.
Pino is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
